The HedgetideTM name and the HedgetideTM Method logo, including without limitation the dual letter-case name and logo color, are trademarks of Hedgetide Limited registered with the Intellectual Property Office of the United Kingdom respectively under Trade Mark Registration Numbers: UK00004307026 and UK00004307081. All registered rights related to this name and the accompanying logo are reserved and retroactive as of the Effective Date: December 8th 2025.

6. Reporting Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users and partners to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used or shared in a way that constitutes infringement, submit a notice containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work;

2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material;

3. Your contact information;

4. A statement of good-faith belief;

5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate;
