The proportion of individual to group on-line sessions may vary depending on availability, demand, the particular Module of the Proprietary Methodology, and the Company's sole discretion.

The format of the Institutional Module may vary from Client to Client depending on demand and the Company's sole discretion.

The content of each Module of the Proprietary Methodology may vary depending on the type, structure, and syllabus of the particular Module of the Proprietary Methodology, the duration of the subscription if applicable, and the Company's sole discretion. The content offered with each payment for the Heuristic Module and its proportion to the Proprietary Methodology syllabus may vary and are at the Company's sole discretion.

Our Company retains the right to introduce additional trading strategies into the training or teaching process for Clients who have been subscribed for longer than the term of the Services as specified in the next Section of these Terms.

The content offered with the Institutional Module may vary from Client to Client depending on demand and the Company's sole discretion.

19. Cost

The cost of the Proprietary Methodology, each Module thereof, and the proprietary data may be revised at any time. Any such revision is published on the third-party-hosted secure checkout webpage or third-party secure payment processor screen as part of the Site's checkout flow and is at the Company's sole discretion.

Any negotiations of the terms of the Institutional Module are at the Company's sole discretion.

The Services are offered to each Client over a period of three (3) to six (6) months (Section 16 of these Terms), with the exception of the subscription-based programs or Modules, which are subject to all applicable subscription fees paid by the Client to the Company (Section 16 of these Terms). Upon cessation or termination thereof, all rights granted to the Client cease immediately.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In case you use the Services as an individual consumer wholly or mainly for personal, family, or household purposes and outside your trade, business, craft, or profession, the exclusive jurisdiction provisions set forth in the Jurisdiction and Forum Waiver clauses of this Section do not apply, and, unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws in your country of residence, you have the legal right to bring or defend legal proceedings either in the courts of England and Wales or in your local courts of residence.
